Shipment processing time

All orders received are processed within 2 business days.  For stock items we aim to ship all orders within 2- 3 days from the order being placed.


Ready to Wear Collection nails are delivered within 7 working days to UK customers and longer for international orders.


All BadAss Creative Nails are made to order.  All bespoke service nails are delivered according to the time scale outlined within the Brief Consultation appointment.

 

Shipping rates

All Shipping Rates are based on small parcel signed for up to 1kg sent via Royal Mail.  All smaller packages will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping for UK orders over £40

International orders over £150. 

Small Parcel Signed For (2nd class Royal Mail) – 3-5 working days – £4.20

Small Parcel Guaranteed next day (Royal Mail) – 1 working day – £8.95

International Europe - £14.10

International World Zone 1- £21.65

International World Zone 2 - £24.75

International World Zone 3- £26.50


Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Bank Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone


Due to the situation with Covid, services will be delayed, please be patient. We cannot guarantee when your order may arrive or provide tracking information on standard postal services.

Friday 18th Dec 2021 is the last shipping day for Christmas and domestic shipping.
We do not accept responsibility for delays due to COVID or shipping provider.
